Travel and lodging are not included in the fee, which allows you to make arrangements of your choosing.

Hotels:

Rehearsals will be in mid-town Manhattan most likely at a major hotel ballroom.  The location will be confirmed around January, and is sometimes walking distance to Carnegie Hall. Area hotels include Park Central, Sheraton NY Times Square, and the New York Midtown Hilton.  The area likely to be most convenient in Midtown is between 8th and 5th north of 48th and before Central Park. 

Once the venue is known (January/February) we can evaluate group room rates.

Transportation

There are flight options to New York, as well as train options from Burlington and Albany.  There is reasonable parking at the Albany station with a short train into the city.  If you choose to drive, be sure to check into parking arrangements.  You will need to navigate transportation in the city via cab, Uber, Lyft, subway etc. to rehearsals, concert and boat cruise.

DO NOT make any non-refundable travel plans until we have the go-ahead for this concert (i.e. we reach minimum registrations).  This will occur after registrations have been received and the concert is confirmed.
